END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (\u201cAgreement\u201d) is a legal agreement between you (\u201cUser\u201d) and TDK Studios (\u201cDeveloper\u201d) regarding the use of the TDK Client (\u201cSoftware\u201d).<\/p>\n
By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.<\/p>\n
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Developer grants you a personal, non\u2011exclusive, non\u2011transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal, non\u2011commercial purposes.<\/p>\n
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
\u2022 modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the source code
\u2022 redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Software
\u2022 bypass or modify security features
\u2022 use the Software for illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities
\u2022 impersonate the Developer or claim ownership of the Software<\/p>\n
3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest remain with the Developer.<\/p>\n
4. UPDATES
The Developer may provide updates, patches, or changes at any time. Updates may modify or remove features.<\/p>\n
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided \u201cAS IS\u201d without warranty of any kind.
The Developer makes no guarantees regarding performance, compatibility, or availability.<\/p>\n
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Developer is not liable for:
\u2022 data loss
\u2022 damages caused by misuse
\u2022 interruptions or failures
\u2022 third\u2011party service changes (e.g., game updates)<\/p>\n
Your use of the Software is at your own risk.<\/p>\n
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement terminates automatically if you violate any terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Software.<\/p>\n
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.<\/p>\n
By installing or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.<\/p>\n

Durch die Installation oder Nutzung der Software erkl\u00e4ren Sie sich mit den Bedingungen dieser Vereinbarung einverstanden. Wenn Sie nicht zustimmen, installieren oder nutzen Sie die Software nicht.<\/p>\n
1. LIZENZERTEILUNG
Der Entwickler gew\u00e4hrt Ihnen eine pers\u00f6nliche, nicht-exklusive, nicht \u00fcbertragbare und widerrufliche Lizenz zur Nutzung der Software f\u00fcr private, nicht-kommerzielle Zwecke.<\/p>\n
2. EINSCHR\u00c4NKUNGEN
Sie d\u00fcrfen die Software NICHT:
\u2022 ver\u00e4ndern, dekompilieren, zur\u00fcckentwickeln oder versuchen, den Quellcode zu ermitteln
\u2022 weitergeben, verkaufen, vermieten oder unterlizenzieren
\u2022 Sicherheitsfunktionen umgehen oder ver\u00e4ndern
\u2022 f\u00fcr illegale, sch\u00e4dliche oder st\u00f6rende Aktivit\u00e4ten verwenden
\u2022 sich als Entwickler ausgeben oder Eigentumsrechte beanspruchen<\/p>\n
3. EIGENTUMSRECHTE
Die Software wird lizenziert, nicht verkauft. Alle Rechte verbleiben beim Entwickler.<\/p>\n
4. UPDATES
Der Entwickler kann jederzeit Updates, Patches oder \u00c4nderungen bereitstellen. Updates k\u00f6nnen Funktionen \u00e4ndern oder entfernen.<\/p>\n
5. GEW\u00c4HRLEISTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS
Die Software wird \u201eWIE BESEHEN\u201c ohne jegliche Garantie bereitgestellt.
Der Entwickler \u00fcbernimmt keine Gew\u00e4hr f\u00fcr Leistung, Kompatibilit\u00e4t oder Verf\u00fcgbarkeit.<\/p>\n
6. HAFTUNGSBESCHR\u00c4NKUNG
Der Entwickler haftet nicht f\u00fcr:
\u2022 Datenverlust
\u2022 Sch\u00e4den durch unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfe Nutzung
\u2022 Unterbrechungen oder Ausf\u00e4lle
\u2022 \u00c4nderungen durch Drittanbieter (z.\u202fB. Spiel-Updates)<\/p>\n
Die Nutzung der Software erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.<\/p>\n
7. K\u00dcNDIGUNG
Diese Vereinbarung endet automatisch, wenn Sie gegen eine Bedingung versto\u00dfen.
Nach Beendigung m\u00fcssen Sie die Nutzung einstellen und die Software l\u00f6schen.<\/p>\n
8. ANWENDBARES RECHT
Diese Vereinbarung unterliegt dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.<\/p>\n
Durch die Installation oder Nutzung der Software best\u00e4tigen Sie, dass Sie diese Vereinbarung gelesen, verstanden und akzeptiert haben.<\/p>\n
